All Campers and Visitors understand and accepts that the use of all recreational facilities shall at all times be governed by Hidden Pines Campground LLC Policy provided to guest by request. All Campers and Visitors do hear by release Hidden Pines, its officers and employees for all liability for loss or damage to property and injury to his person arising out of his or her use of its camping, entertainment and pool facilities and agrees to indemnify Hidden Pines, its officers and employees, against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person of any member of the family or guest of the registered camper arising out of the use of Hidden Pines Campground Facilities.

Registered RV sites include 4 people. There is an additional $15.00 a day fee for each additional person staying in your camper and they must check in at the office. You are allowed visitors. Visitor fee is $15 a person per day. Please advise them before they come. All visitors must park in the visitor parking area. Campers are responsible for their visitors actions also. Make sure they understand the rules and regulations.
Everyone on campground property must be wearing the correct wristband at all times.
Campsites are for Campers only, no tents are allowed.
Check in time is 1:00pm /Check out time is 12:00pm. For Early Check in or late check out please contact office. Additional charges will apply.
Quiet Time is from 10:30PM until 8:00AM. Please respect your fellow campers!
Please Note! Pavilion Events do take place on Friday and Saturday nights that extend past our quiet hours. Events will normally run until 12:00am. Please be aware that some RV sites are very close to the pavilion. We want all of our guest to be comfortable so choose your site accordingly.
Pavilion events do not change set quiet time for campground sites near or away from pavilion.
*Electric Golf Carts Only, No Atv's, Side by Sides, or any other motorized vehicles allowed.
*Only legally licensed drivers may operate golf cart on campground property.
*5 MPH speed limit must be followed thru out the park.
*All Golf Carts must be operated properly. Any horseplay, unsafe driving, speeding or other misuse is strictly prohibited.
*Music must be kept at a respectable volume, No profanity, Please respect your Fellow Campers.
* Zero tolerance approach will be taken for the safety of all guests and you will be asked to park your cart if rules are not followed.
*No riding around on golf carts after quiet time, golf carts may only be driven from 10:30 pm to 12:00 am as transportation to and from pavilion during events, music completely off!
* Battery operated ride on toys are not allowed.
* Pools open beginning of May or sooner depending on weather and close end of September.
* Pool Hours are, Sun - Wed., 10:00am to 6:00pm and Thurs - Sat. ,10am - 8pm
* Please follow all pool rules posted in pool area.
* Children under the age of 14 must have a parent or adult guardian with them at all times.
* There is NO Lifeguard on duty- Swim at your own risk.
* No Diving or Jumping from sides of pool or slide! You will be asked to leave pool area.
*No Glass, No Pets, No Smoking of any kind, including vaping devices in pool area.
*Swimmers who require diapers MUST USE diapers designed for pool use only.
*No food allowed in pool area.
*No ice chest allowed inside gated area.
* No personal radios. We have music that plays around pool area.
*Appropriate swimming attire required. ( No G-Strings or Speedo) . This is a family campground.
*NO COTTON MATERIAL IS ALLOWED. MUST BE A SWIMSUIT OR DRI FIT MATERIAL.
*Pets are welcome. They are your responsibility!
*No aggressive breeds! Examples are Pit Bulls, Pit Bull mix, Rottweilers, Dobermans, Chows etc. If your dog is not considered an aggressive breed but shows behavior that is protective and unfriendly to strangers, please do not bring your dog. Contact office if you have any questions.
*Pets MUST be on a leash. No Exceptions regardless of how tame your pet is.
*Do not leave your pet unattended. Barking dogs can be a disturbance to others.
*If your pet does his duty, do yours and dispose of it. There will be a $25 clean up fee if poop is found in your yard.
*Pets are not allowed in buildings or pool area.
*Pets owners are fully responsible and liable for the behavior and safety of their pets.
* There is a 1 night non-refundable deposit charged with every reservation. If you cancel 72 hours prior to your arrival date, you may transfer your deposit to a later date. (limit to 1 transfer). If your reservation is not cancelled within the 72 hours, you will lose the 1 night deposit. If you cancel day of check in or a no show, you will be charged remaining balance.
*Early Departures are not eligible for refunds or credits towards future reservations.
*In the event a Mandatory evacuation is ordered, a credit will be issued for your next reservation.
*Credits are good for one year.
* Personal bounce house (fun jumps) are NOT allowed.
* Personal swimming pools are not allowed at campsites.
*Speed limit thru out park is 5 MPH
*Excessive noise, public intoxication, illegal drug use, foul language, nudity, fighting, explosives, fireworks, firearms will not be tolerated and/or not allowed.
*Parents are fully responsible for the behavior and safety of there children.
*Campers are responsible for the cleanliness of their site. Do not throw cigarette butts, sunflower shells, peanut shells or pistachio shells on the ground. Leave your site just as clean as it was when you arrived. You will be charged a $25 clean up fee.
*Trash pick up is at 9:00am, please place your trash out by that time.
*Please do not leave trash out over night. There is wildlife in the area and it will be scattered about.
*No Swimming in any body of water (pools only for swimming) on campground property.
*No washing of Campers, Golf carts or vehicles.
* No clotheslines allowed at campsite.
*Loss or Damage: Hidden Pines will always make decisions and operator with safety and security as a number one goal, but we are not responsible for accidents, injuries or losses from any cause. Campers, Guests and Visitors use all facilities and property at their own risk.
